Meet the Founders & Staff

Barrett Family

Our founder, Evelyn Barrett (1928 – 2013), had a vision and a need to start something, and failing wasn’t an option. With her leadership she started one of the first woman founded, 100% owned and operated stone companies in the country.

We hope to keep this “Never Say Never” drive that we learned from Evelyn Barrett for the next 40+ Years.

The company has been handed down in the Barrett family and is currently managed and operated by Gary and Sheila Barrett along with their son Aubrey Barrett.

Running a family business is not easy as we not only support our family, but each and every family of our amazing staff. As members of ‘The Natural Stone Institute’ we believe and affirm that:

The fabrication and installation of dimension-cut natural stone should meet ‘The Natural Stone Institute’ and other natural stone industry standards as articulated in the ‘Natural Stone Institute Dimension Stone Design Manual’ and other technical publications, along with courteous and professional customer service. To achieve these goals, we pledge adherence to the following principles and policies:
